The Level is located in the heart of Nottingham city centre on Shakespeare Street within Nottingham Trent Students’ Union Building.
Although we do not have on site parking, we are located near two large car parks: both Victoria Centre and Trinity Square car parks.
Our Venue is also a few minutes walk from the Nottingham Trent tram stop and many of our customers choose to use the park and ride service that the NET trams offer.

You can either call us on 0115 848 3764 or fill out our lost property form with a description of the item and someone will get back to you within in 48hours. Please be aware we only keep lost items for 28 days and after that items get donated to charity or destroyed.

WHAT ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES DOES THE VENUE HAVE?
The Level is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair friendly toilets on all levels of the venue. We have lift access onto all our floors.
WOULD THERE BE ANY REASON I WOULDN’T GET LET IN?
Be nice and don’t do anything stupid, basically. We reserve the right to refuse admission without a reason, so if you appear drunk or behave inappropriately in the queue, we might refuse you entry without a refund.
WILL THERE BE STROBE LIGHTING OR PYROTECHNICS IN USE?
Most shows will have some form of strobe lighting.If you have any concerns or questions on a particular show then please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist where we can.
WHAT SAFETY PROCEDURES DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
At The Level we pride ourselves on creating a fun and safe environment for everyone who attends any of our gigs or club nights.
We have well-trained staff in place for all nights, who will be happy to help with any concerns. If there's anything you're worried about then please don't hesitate to come and talk to us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Our security teams will conduct bag searches on entry, please assist them by bringing only what is needed.
For the safety of all customers and staff we have CCTV in operation.
